The Moultrie CrossFit box is located in our Sports Performance Center at the Main YMCA. CrossFit is a program designed to put functional movements and high intensity workouts together! It includes olympic lifting, functional strength training and fun partner workouts! Moultrie CrossFit at the YMCA provides a variety of class times options to try to fit everyone’s schedule!

Class Times:

(M, T, W) 5:30 am, 8:15 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

(Th) 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

(F) 5:30 am, 8:15 am, 9:30 am

Member Rate: $37.50 per person per month (With all class times included)

Non-Member: $60 per person per month
