Gymnastics
Pre-School Classes (Boys and Girls, Ages 1-3) 45 minutes
Join other families for our parents and tots gymnastics class. We emphasize a safe physical play environment incorporating group time, songs, music and basic gymnastics skills.
Instructors make classes fun and interesting with stretching, jumping, and learning how to roll and safely fall.Parents will assist the instructor and their child through a series of obstacle courses and activities.
Mommy & Me Gymnastics
